This four-day camp is designed for young athletes to build a strong foundation of strength, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic movement.
Students will learn proper exercise technique, body control, and age-appropriate training principles in a safe, energetic environment, while taking part in a combination of strength training, conditioning drills, games, and team challenges. Emphasis is placed on injury prevention, confidence building, and developing healthy habits that support performance in any sport.
Whether students are preparing for an upcoming season or just beginning their athletic journey, this course helps participants improve physical fitness, coordination, and mental toughness while having fun and staying active throughout the summer.
