This summer-long strength and conditioning program is designed for current high school athletes looking to maintain and improve their performance during the off-season. Meeting once per week throughout the summer, the course focuses on developing total-body strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance through structured, progressive training.
Athletes will train using a combination of bodyweight movements, resistance training, conditioning circuits, and sport-specific drills, with an emphasis on proper technique, safe progression, and injury prevention. Sessions are designed to complement in-season and off-season training demands while reinforcing discipline, accountability, and mental toughness.
This program is ideal for student-athletes who want to stay consistent, get stronger, and be physically prepared for their upcoming competitive season.
